The Schedule screen allows you to view and edit the following settings:
- job start/due dates and job status
- task start/due dates
- milestone dates
- staff assigned to jobs.
These features are provided by:
- edit capabilities on a table-columns pane, and
- a range of drag and drop features on a Gantt-style timeline pane.
The Schedule screen provides a quick and convenient way to view and edit these settings for multiple jobs, rather than changing the settings manually from within each job or task.
Access to the Schedule screen's capabilities are controlled by the permissions set on several user privileges. For details, see Privileges and permissions for job and task scheduling.
