Select and order columns
If a table includes a Column settings icon then you can select which data fields to display in that screen, Table columns pane (and the order to display them in):
- Navigate to the relevant screen.
Click the Column settings icon
. The Edit Columns dialog is displayed.
- Do any of the following:
To hide a specific data field column, deselect its checkbox
, at left, or click its hide icon
, at right.
- To display a specific data field column, select its checkbox, at left.
To change the order in which columns are displayed, drag the column's
icon to the required position.
- To restore the default number and display order of columns, click Reset to default columns.
- Click Save.
If the table now contains more columns than the screen can display, a drag bar will appear at the bottom of the table. Drag to the right to view the remaining columns and to access the Column settings icon.
Resize columns
Pages in WorkflowMAX now expand to make use of the full width of your screen, giving you more space to view your data. You can also adjust the width of individual columns to suit your needs:
- Navigate to the relevant screen.
- Hover over the right-hand border of the column header you want to resize. The cursor will change to indicate that the column can be resized.
- Click and drag left or right to adjust the column width.
