Advanced-tier users can create and use a WorkflowMAX sandbox account. This account can be used for testing new features, permissions and user training without it touching your live WorkflowMAX account.
To create a sandbox account:
- Create a new free trial and select the required number of users.
- Email us at support@workflowmax.com with the organisation name.
- We'll extend the free trial to the customer's contract end date (the next renewal date for annual customers, or 6 months for monthly customers).
- Please name the Sandbox account as the live account name plus "SANDBOX", so it's easy to identify.
You must be an advanced-tier user to use a sandbox account.
