The My Dashboard screen gives you an overview of your WorkflowMAX account.
To customise your dashboard, press the Configure button at the top right of the page. From here, you'll be able to tick and untick the widgets you would like to display.
Different Widget Types
My Calendar - Displays your weekly calendar, filterable by Jobs, Tasks, Milestones, Quotes, Upcoming Recurring Jobs and Lead Activities.
My Productivity Summary - Displays your Weekly Productivity and Billable Target percentages. (this widget is only available in Premium or Advanced plans).
My Tasks - Lists any Upcoming or Overdue tasks.
Quote History - This widget looks at all quotes generated with a "Valid from" date over the past 12 months. This widget displays the value on the Y axis and month on the X axis. The different quote statuses (Expired, Accepted, Declined, Current) are displayed in different colours. Please see the key at the bottom of the widget for more information. Please note, quotations in DRAFT are not displayed here.
My Jobs - Lists any Upcoming, In Progress or Overdue jobs.
Aged WIP - Provides a breakdown of your WIP by Value and Month
Aged Debtors - Displays any Aged Debtors by Value and Month
My Quotes - Lists any Expiring or Expired quotes.
Job Manager (Progress) - Displays Job Number, Job Name, Client and Progress (Percentage)
My Milestones - Lists any Upcoming or Overdue Milestones.
My Leads - Lists any Upcoming or Overdue Leads.
My Lead Activities - Lists any Upcoming or Overdue Lead Activities
You can also use the "Quick Add" button at the top right of the page to quickly add a new job, timesheet, purchase order or invoice.
If you're not seeing anything on your dashboard, make sure to check that your widgets are enabled and that you have the correct permissions required to view those widgets
