Within WorkflowMAX, the word Budget has two different meanings. A Budget Field and a Budget Tab:
Budget Field
The budget field is available across all plans and is an editable field typically used to show the approved contract/job amount. The privilege "Financial" is needed to see and edit this field.
Budget Tab
The budget tab is available only on the Pro and Advanced tiers and is found within a job.
The budget tab enables management of variations as single or grouped pieces of work. It shows the financial movement of the job as variations are approved and easily illustrates which elements have changed.
The graph above displays the changes from your initial quotation to your most recently accepted quote, which includes variations.
Further down the page, you will also be able to see a breakdown of the changes to any tasks/cost from your originally accepted quotation
