The My Leads widget lets you see your upcoming and overdue leads directly on your dashboard, so you can follow up at the right time without leaving the home screen.
Who can use the My Leads widget?
To see and use the My Leads widget, both of the following must be true:
- Your organisation has Lead Manager: Your organisation either has the Lead Manager add‑on, or is currently on a trial that includes Lead Manager.
- You have lead permissions: Your user account has either Full Access to Lead Management or Create/Edit access to Lead Management.
If either of these is not true:
- The My Leads widget will not appear in the Dashboard Configure modal.
- If the widget was previously added, it will be removed from your dashboard if:
- Lead Manager is removed from your organisation, or
- Your lead permissions are removed.
Add the My Leads widget to your dashboard
- Go to the Dashboard in .
- Select the Configure button.
- In the list of available widgets, look for My Leads.
- Tick My Leads to add it to your dashboard layout.
- Save the configuration panel.
- What you’ll see in the My Leads widget
The My Leads widget is split into two tabs:
- Upcoming
- Overdue
Both tabs show a table of your own leads only (leads assigned to you).
Each row includes:
- Name – the lead name
- Client – the client associated with the lead
- Date – the lead date
- Value – the value of the lead
Upcoming tab
The Upcoming tab helps you see what’s coming up next.
It shows leads where:
- Lead date is today or in the future.
The widget only shows your leads, not your team’s or organisation’s full lead list.
- Only leads assigned to you are displayed in both Upcoming and Overdue.
- Other users see their own leads in their own widgets.
If the widget appears empty:
- You may not have any leads that are assigned to you and match the date criteria for the selected tab (Upcoming or Overdue).
Overdue tab
The Overdue tab shows leads where the lead date is before today.
It follows the same visibility rules as the Upcoming tab — only leads assigned to you are shown.
- Removing the My Leads widget
To remove the widget:
- Open the Dashboard.
- Click the Configure Dashboard button.
- Un‑tick the My Leads widget.
- Save the configuration panel.
The widget will also be removed automatically if:
- Your organisation no longer has Lead Manager, or
- Your lead permissions are changed so that you no longer have Full or Create/Edit access.
Troubleshooting & expected behaviour
- Widget not visible in Configure modal: Check that your organisation has Lead Manager and that your user account has Full or Create/Edit access to Lead Management.
- Widget empty: Confirm you have leads assigned to you and that their dates fall into the selected tab (Upcoming or Overdue).
