About the Dashboard My Calendar widget

The Dashboard Calendar widget (“My Calendar”) gives you a powerful, customisable weekly overview of your WorkflowMax work — right from your Dashboard. Instantly see your jobs, tasks, milestones, recurring jobs, quotes and (if your subscription includes Leads) lead activities — all colour‑coded and interactive.

Accessing the Dashboard Calendar widget

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Locate the My Calendar widget — the weekly calendar appears by default.
3. Use the left / right arrows to move between weeks.
4. Open the cog () to change label settings or hide weekends.

If you do not see the My Calendar widget, check with your administrator that the widget is enabled for your dashboard and that your subscription includes the features you expect (for example Leads).

Key features

• Weekly calendar view
  • Always shows the current week (Monday–Sunday).
  • Navigate weeks using the left / right arrows.
  • The current day is highlighted with a green circle.
  • Weekends are greyed out by default — you can hide weekends in Settings.
• Event types & colour legend
  • Jobs — green
  • Tasks — blue
  • Milestones — purple
  • Quotes Expiring — orange
  • Upcoming Recurring Jobs — teal
  • Lead Activities — yellow (only if your subscription includes Leads)
  • Use the checkboxes in the legend to show or hide each event type.
• Customising your calendar
  • Click the cog icon () to open settings.
  • Choose which labels to display for each event type (up to 3 labels per type). For example: Job Number, Job Name, Client Name.
  • Show or hide weekends.
  • Your preferences are saved for next time.
• Event display & interaction
  • Event pills are colour‑coded and clickable — click any pill to go straight to the detail page.
  • Unlimited events per day — scroll to view more if needed.
  • Full‑width display for maximum visibility.

What appears in My Calendar

The calendar shows only items that are relevant to you:

• Jobs where you are the Client Manager, Job Manager or assigned staff (excluding Cancelled, Completed or On Hold)
• Job tasks with a start or due date that are assigned to you
• Milestones for jobs you’re assigned to
• Upcoming recurring jobs
• Issued quotes where you are the salesperson (excluding Accepted, Declined or Cancelled)
• Lead activities assigned to you (if your subscription includes Leads)

Event format

Events appear in the calendar with the following formats:

• Jobs
  Start: Job Number – Job Name
  Due: Job Number – Job Name
• Job Task
  Start: Task Name
  Due: Task Name
• Milestone
  Milestone Name – Client Name
• Quote
  Quote Number – Quote Name
• Lead Activities
  Lead Name – Lead Activity

Labels & legend

Use the legend checkboxes to toggle event types on or off. Click the cog () to select which labels display for each event type (up to three labels per type). For example, for Jobs you might show: Job Number, Job Name and Client Name.
