If a table includes a Column settings icon then you can select which data fields to display in that screen, Table columns pane (and the order to display them in):
- Navigate to the relevant screen:
Click the Column settings icon
. The Edit Columns dialog is displayed.
- Do any of the following:
To hide a specific data field column, deselect its checkbox
, at left, or click its hide icon
, at right.
- To display a specific data field column, select its checkbox, at left.
To change the order in which columns are displayed, drag the column's
icon to the required position.
- To restore the default number and display order of columns, click Reset to default columns.
- Save your changes.
If the table now contains more columns that the screen can display, a drag bar will appear at the bottom of the table. Drag to the right in order to view the remaining columns and to access the Column settings icon.
