[Job] Description The text of the description field on the job. Provides additional details or context about the work to be performed. [Job] Draft Invoice The total amount in draft invoices for this job, excluding tax. Shows unbilled work that has been added to draft invoices but not yet finalised. [Job] Due Date The date by which the job is expected to be completed. This is the job's deadline or target completion date. [Job] Estimated Billings The estimated billing amount for the job. This is a reference value for tracking expected revenue from the job. [Job] Estimated Time The total estimated time budgeted for the job. This is the sum of all estimated time from job tasks. Displayed in your organisation's preferred time format (decimal hours or time format). [Job] Has Tasks? Indicates whether the job has any tasks set up. [Job] Remaining Time The estimated time remaining on the job. Calculated as estimated time minus actual time logged. This is the approved amount for the invoice. [Invoice] Amount (Totalled) The sum of invoice amounts excluding tax, aggregated across invoices. Used for creating totals in reports when grouping by other fields. [Invoice] Amount (incl tax) The total invoice amount including tax. Calculated as the approved amount plus the approved tax amount. This is the full amount the client will be charged. [Invoice] Amount Outstanding (incl tax) The remaining balance to be paid on the invoice including tax. Calculated as the total amount (including tax) minus any payments received. This shows what the client still owes. [Invoice] Amount Paid The total amount paid towards this invoice so far. Represents the sum of all payments received against this invoice. [Invoice] Billing Type The Billing type for this invoice. Either Actual, Quoted, or Miscellaneous. [Invoice] Client The client name for this invoice. [Invoice] Client Order No. A comma-separated list of client order numbers from all jobs linked to this invoice. Helps track which client purchase orders or work requests are being billed. [Invoice] Contact The contact person at the client organisation who this invoice is addressed to. [Invoice] Costs Invoiced The total amount from costs (expenses) that have been included on this invoice, charged at the billable rate. This represents the revenue from expenses you've passed through to the client. [Invoice] Costs Invoiced (at cost) The actual cost value of expenses included on this invoice - the amount you paid for the costs before markup. Compare this to "Costs Invoiced" to see your markup on expenses. [Invoice] Date The date when the invoice was created or issued. This is the invoice date shown on the invoice document. [Invoice] Date Paid The date when the invoice was fully paid. Shows the date the final payment was received that brought the outstanding balance to zero. Empty if the invoice hasn't been fully paid yet. [Invoice] Description The description field on the invoice. Provides additional details or context about what's being invoiced. [Invoice] Due Date The date payment of the invoice is expected. [Invoice] Invoice No. The invoice number assigned to this invoice. [Invoice] Job Category A comma-separated list of all job categories from jobs linked to this invoice, sorted alphabetically. Shows the type or category of work being invoiced (e.g., "Consulting", "Design", "Development"). [Invoice] Job Name(s) A comma-separated list of all job names linked to this invoice, sorted alphabetically. Shows which jobs are being billed on this invoice. [Invoice] Job Number(s) A comma-separated list of all job numbers linked to this invoice, sorted in order. These are the unique reference numbers for the jobs being invoiced. [Invoice] Paid Indicates whether the invoice has been fully paid. Shows "Yes" if a payment date exists (meaning the invoice balance has been paid in full), otherwise "No".
