To build a custom branded print template, you need to complete three tasks:
- Choose a print template to work with – this provides a base template that you can use unmodified, or customise to your requirements. Alternatively, you can create a template from scratch – but it's simpler and much faster to modify a sample template.
- Customise a print template in Microsoft Word – this allows you to add, move or delete the text, images or merge fields in a sample template, to create a custom print template that meets your own specific branding requirements for layout and content.
- Make a custom print template available for use – this allows you to store your custom print template in . You can then select it from the print options when you need to use a custom branded document for printing or emailing.
