In you can upload a logo that will appear on all invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and invoice statements created using the Default template. The logo also appears in the header of the email message you create when you send any of these documents to a client.

Logo specification
The logo you upload must meet following specification:
- maximum of 930 x 310 pixels
- up to 300 Dots Per Inch (DPI) resolution (300 DPI is recommended)
- JPEG file format (.jpg file).
If the size, resolution or file type are different from those specified above, you will get an error message when you try to upload the file.

Set up your logo
Complete the three tasks below to ensure that your logo meets the above requirements and upload the file into .
1: Resize logo
Resize your logo image using Microsoft Paint (or similar). Microsoft Paint is a simple raster graphics editor, included with all versions of Microsoft Windows.
When resizing, be sure to maintain the aspect ratio (length relative to width) to avoid distorting the image.
Once you have resized your logo, save your changes.
2: Set resolution and file type
Use Convert Town to set the resolution and file type.
- Open the logo in Convert Town.
- Select 300 DPI.
- Select Choose Image and upload the file you saved above.
- Save this as a .jpg file.
3: Upload the logo
To upload the logo file to :
- On the toolbar click the Settings
icon.
- On the Feature Settings tab, make sure that the Personalise section is selected.
- On the Personalise screen, make sure that the Report Logo tab is selected.
- Do one of the following:
- Drag and drop the file you saved above onto the landing area on screen.
- Click to upload and select the file you saved above. Click Open to upload the selected file.
- Save the image. The new image is displayed.
