Once submitted, timesheets are locked and can't be edited.
You'll need the staff Financial privilege to be able to unlock timesheets.
To unlock a submitted timesheet:
- Select Business > Timesheets.
- On the Timesheets screen, use the filter at right to select the week and staff member for which the timesheet was submitted.
- Select the checkbox to the left of the name of the staff member whose timesheet you want to unlock.
Locked time entries have a shaded grey background and a tick
following the staff member's name.
- Click Unlock and confirm.
