Follow these steps to use a custom print template to print a document in :
- Display the Template or Choose a template drop-down list for the type of document you want to print.

Business > Invoices > [select invoice] > Email
Invoice statement Business > Invoices > PDF Statements
Quote (or estimate) Business > Quotes > [select quote or estimate] > Print PDF
Business > Quotes > [select quote or estimate] > Email
Job brief Jobs > Jobs > [select job] > Print PDF > Print Job Brief
Purchase order Business > Purchases > [select purchase order] > Print PDF
Business > Purchases > [select purchase order] > Email
- In the Template or Choose a template drop-down list, select the custom print template you want to use.
The System Default print template is the only print template available until custom print templates have been created.
Custom print templates are specific to each type of document. For example, Invoice templates will be listed only in the Template drop-down list for Invoices.
- If any print options are displayed, select the options you require.
- Click Generate. The document is displayed on screen.
- (optional) Click Export and select the type of file you require. The file is downloaded to your device.
- (optional) Print or email the document, as required.
