The number of rows per page specifies how many records will display in each of the following manager screens: Client, Invoice, Job, Lead, Purchase Order, Quote, Supplier and WIP.
If you have a lot of data in some of your manager screens, then rather than stepping through multiple pages, you can set the number of rows to be higher in order to display more records on each page.
You can set the value of the number of rows per page in two places:
- on the user Profile Settings screen (sets the system-wide default value), or
- on each manager display screen (sets the value for the current display screen only).
To set the default number of rows per page (the initial default value is 25 rows):
- Click your initials or profile image at the top-right of the screen, then select Profile Settings.
- On the Profile Settings screen, scroll down to the Preferences section, then select the number of rows that you want to make the default value.
- Save your changes.
To set the number of rows per page for the current manager display screen:
- At the bottom-left of the screen, select the arrow to the right of the items drop-down list.
- Select the required number of items (rows). The new value is used while you remain in that screen. The next time you open that screen, the number of rows displayed reverts to the default specified in the user Profile Settings screen.
