Once a quote or estimate has been reviewed by your client – but not accepted – you may wish to record that it has been declined.

To decline a quote or estimate:
- In the Business menu, select Quotes.
- If required, click the Filter at the right of the search bar and select the required filter A filter provides a quick way to display only selected clients, jobs, quotes or estimates, work in progress, invoices and purchase orders based on pre-defined criteria. .
- On the quote manager screen, All Quotes tab, select the Issued or Expired tile.
- Drill down on the quote number of the quote or estimate you wish to decline.
- On the quote or estimate details screen, click Mark as declined. The quote/estimate status is changed to Declined.
- If the quote or estimate relates to an existing job for the client, it is shown in the quotes/estimates section of the job's Financials tab.
- If there was no related job, the quote manager screen is displayed.
