Deactivate or reactivate a custom print template

You can deactivate a custom print template when it is no longer required. Deactivated templates no longer appear in the Template drop-down list on the Print Options screen.

To deactivate or reactivate a custom print template:

1. On the toolbar click the Settings icon.
2. On the Features tab, make sure that the Custom Print Templates section is selected.
3. On the Custom Print Templates screen, Templates tab, click the name of the template you wish to deactivate/reactivate.
4. On the Update Custom Print Templates screen, do one of the following:
   • to deactivate the template, deselect  the Active checkbox.
   • to reactivate the template, select  the Active checkbox.
5. Save Changes.
