To create a team A team is a group of staff identified by a name such as "Accounts" or "Designers". Teams are a convenient way of notifying staff, who are not assigned to a specific job, that the job's job status has changed. :
- On the toolbar click the Settings
icon.
- On the General Settings tab, make sure that the Staff section is selected.
- On the Staff screen, make sure that the Teams tile is selected.
- Click the + Create New Team button.
- In the Creating a New Team screen, provide the following information as required.
Field Description Team Name The name of the team you are creating. Type a suitable name that identifies the purpose, role or other features of the team. Staff Staff members who belong to this team. A staff member can belong to several teams if required. Select the staff that you wish to belong to the team. - Save your changes.
