Deleted notes cannot be recovered – so take care!
To delete one or more client notes:
- In the main menu, select Clients. A list of all active clients is displayed. You can filterA filter provides a quick way to display only selected clients, jobs, quotes, work in progress, invoices and purchase orders based on pre-defined criteria. the list if you wish.
- Drill down on the name of the client that you wish to edit.
- On the client details screen, select the Notes tab.
- Select the checkbox to the left of the title of each note you wish to delete.
- Click Delete and confirm deletion.
