To allocate one or more staff to a job:
- In the menu, select .
- On the Job Manager screen, drill down on the job number of the job you wish to allocate staff to.
- On the Job Details screen, under the Schedule Information section, select staff who you wish to allocate to the job. These staff will receive a notification that they have been allocated to the job.
- Save your changes.

If you have Team(s) set up, they can be used to assign multiple staff to a job at once. Team(s) will appear in the Staff dropdown to be selected.
