To allocate a staff member to multiple jobs:
- In the Jobs menu, select Jobs > Jobs.
- On the Job Manager screen, select the jobs that you wish to allocate the staff member to.
- Click the Add Staff button.
- On the Add Staff dialog, select the staff member in the Select Staff drop-down list.
- (optional) Select the tasks that you wish to assign the staff member to. The tasks listed are present in one or more of the selected jobs.
- Save your changes. The selected staff member is allocated to the selected jobs and (optionally) to specific tasks in those jobs.
