Once a quote or estimate has been approved by your client, you need to accept it to tell that the job can be started.
Once a quote or estimate has been accepted, it automatically becomes a job.
Any issued quote or estimate can be accepted. However, you may have already had verbal acceptance of a draft quote or estimate, so you can save time by issuing and accepting the draft you are currently working on (by selecting the Issue & Accept option).
To accept a quote or estimate:

Accept the quote or estimate
- In the Business menu, select Quotes.
- If required, click the Filter button at the right of the page and select the required filter A filter provides a quick way to display only selected clients, jobs, quotes or estimates, work in progress, invoices and purchase orders based on pre-defined criteria. values.
- On the Quote manager screen, drill down on the quote number of the quote that you wish to accept.
- On the quote information screen, do one of the following:
- Click Mark as accepted (if the quote has already been issued), or
- Click the down-arrow on the Issued button and select Issue & Accept (if the quote has not yet been issued).
- If the quote contains one or more options, the options are listed, and the Accept Options button is displayed. Select the options that have been accepted by the client, then click Accept Options. creates a new job based on the accepted quote.
- On the job details screen, fill in the job and schedule information fields. You can find more information about the data fields in the Edit a job article.

Save your changes.
- The job details screen is displayed.
- The quote or estimate status is accepted.
- If the quote or estimate is based on a lead, the lead status is changed to Won.
