When you subscribe to , you are provided with an account that grants login access for one or more users, depending on the subscription plan you choose.
Each user has unique login credentials that determine how they can access, view, and use the features of the software.
Accessing other accounts
allows users from other accounts to invite you into their account. Once invited, you can access their account using the Portal feature to switch between accounts without needing to log in again.
To invite users of other accounts into your account, follow the instructions to add or edit a staff member (as each invited user takes up one place from your subscription plan).
Account ID
Each account has a unique identifier. This is called the account_id (or unique ID: UID) and may be required when setting up the API or when you are working with support to delete unwanted test accounts.

Account owner
Management of a subscription is the responsibility of the Account owner.
