The Work In Progress ( WIP Work In Progress in WorkflowMax is all uninvoiced staff time and disbursements recorded on client jobs. ) manager allows you to easily view and manage all of your un-invoiced WIP on all of your jobs, in one place.
All jobs with costs or billable time recorded against them will be listed on the List tab of the WIP manager.
Every job will remain listed in the WIP manager until the Job Actions > Write Off WIP option is used from within the job or the job is written off from the List table in the WIP manager. This method can be used to remove multiple jobs at once, rather than single jobs individually
The WIP manager is designed in this way to make sure that all WIP is invoiced out, and none is accidentally lost.
