Contacts are the individuals that you or your staff deal with in clientA client is an organisation or an individual that you are doing work for, usually on a billable basis. See also: billing client. organisations. For each contact, allows you to store various details such as the contact name, salutation, phone number, email address and position.
As contacts relate to not just clients, but to leads, jobs and quotes or estimates, you can add contacts in two ways:
- when creating a contact specifically (you'll use the New Contact screen)
- when editing a client or when creating or editing a job, lead, quote or estimate for a client (you'll use the New Contact dialog).
