The Lead Manager module is an add-on to , allowing you to create leads A lead is a possible sale opportunity for a new or existing client. , manage your sales pipeline, and track your contact history. You can view and move your leads through configurable pipeline stages on the Pipeline view – see Use the Pipeline view to manage your leads and Managing lead statuses in the lead pipeline.
When a lead is won, you can easily convert it to a job, eliminating double entry.

To work with the Lead Manager, you need the Lead Management privilege. This privilege has three levels: No Access, Create/Edit Access, and Full Access. Full Access is required to use the All Leads view on the Pipeline.
