Notes can be stored directly against jobs A job is the overall project that you or your organisation works on for a client. and job tasks, so you no longer have to hunt around for sticky notes or scrap pieces of paper. Everyone who can see the job or the task is able to see the notes against it, streamlining collaboration within your team.

Notes in jobs
You an add notes to a job by typing the note directly into the Add Note dialog on the job's Notes tab.
You can also add notes to a job by using the collaboration manager to:
- send the note (as an email message) direct to the job
- assign an email message to the job.
Emailed notes are listed on the job's Notes tab and any attached documents are listed on the job's Documents tab.
Notes in tasks
You can add notes to the tasks in a job by typing the note directly into the Add Note dialog on the task's Notes tab.
