Entering Your Credit Card Details

You can enter your credit card details in order to pay your WorkflowMax subscription. For security reasons, these details are stored at a secure payment provider and not saved in WorkflowMax.

MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards are accepted.

To enter (or change) your credit card details:

  1. In the Business menu, select Subscription.
  2. On the Subscription screen, Credit Card tab, provide the following information, as required.

    3. Field Description
    Name on Card

    The name of the card holder.
    Card Number The 16-digit card number with no spaces.
    Expiry Date The expiry month and year (two digits each: MM/YY).
    CVC The 3-digit card verification code from the back of the card. If there are more than three digits, use the last three.

  3. Confirm.
