Ticking-off Completed to-do Items

As you work through a job task, you may wish to flag specific to-do itemsTo-do items are checklist items within a job task. They provide useful reminders of specific action items within the task, such as "confirm delivery" or "contact client". Staff can tick off completed to-do items as they work their way through the task. as completed.

Ticking-off all the to-do items in a task does not automatically flag the task as complete. See Ticking-off completed tasks.

To flag a to-do item as completed:

  1. In the Jobs menu, select Jobs.
  2. On the Job Manager screen (All tab), drill down on the job number of the job that includes the task that you wish to flag a to-do item in.
  3. On the job detail screen, scroll down to the Tasks section, and locate the task that contains the to-do item you wish to flag.
  4. Select the checkbox to the left of the to-do item name.
