Removing Staff from a Job

To remove one or more staff from a job:

  1. In the Jobs menu, select Jobs.
  2. On the Job Manager screen, drill down on the job number of the job you wish to remove staff from.
  3. On the job detail screen, select Edit Job.
  4. On the Edit <job> screen, in the Staff list, deselect the checkbox next to the name of each staff member you wish to remove from the job.
  5. Save your changes.
    • If the staff member has been explicitly allocated to specific tasks, a message is displayed listing the jobs that the staff member cannot be removed from.
