Reordering Custom Fields

To reorder the display of custom fields on a specific screen:

  1. In the Business menu, select Settings > Custom Fields. The Custom Fields screen is displayed, showing the name, type and usage of all currently defined custom fields.
  2. Select the tab for the required screen: Clients, Contacts, Jobs, Job Costs, Job Tasks, Leads, Suppliers or Time Sheets. The custom fields on the selected screen are displayed.
  3. Drag each field to reorder the display, as required.
