Deleting a Lead Note
To delete a lead note:
- In the Business menu, select Leads.
- On the Lead Manager, All tab, drill down on the name of the Client/Prospect you wish to edit.
- On the lead detail screen, scroll down to the Lead History area.
- Select the delete icon () to the right of the note that you wish to delete, and confirm deletion.
Deleted notes cannot be recovered – so take care!
