Deleting a Lead Note

To delete a lead note:

  1. In the Business menu, select Leads.
  2. On the Lead Manager, All tab, drill down on the name of the Client/Prospect you wish to edit.
  3. On the lead detail screen, scroll down to the Lead History area.
  4. Select the delete icon () to the right of the note that you wish to delete, and confirm deletion.

    Deleted notes cannot be recovered – so take care!
