Setting up the Edit Contact Link

Please use these instructions to set up the edit contact link. Once the link is set up, you can invite as many client contacts as you wish to log in to WorkflowMax.

To set up the edit contact link:

  1. In the Business menu, select Settings > Custom fields > New custom field.

  2. On the Select Custom Field Type screen, select the Contact Link custom field type.
  3. On the New Custom Field screen, provide the following information, as required:
  4. In the Name field, type: Edit Contact Data.
  5. In the Link field, paste the following link:{ID}&CheckHybridRedirect=no

  6. In the Usage section, select Contact.
  7. Save your changes. You are now ready to invite a client contact person to log in to WorkflowMax.
