Cancelling Your Subscription

If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to your data.

Before cancelling a subscription, you may wish to export all your data as a backup first.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. In the Business menu, select Subscription.
  2. On the Subscription screen, Cancel Subscription tab, enter any notes about why you are cancelling your subscription.
  3. Yes, and if your are sure you want to cancel you subscription, confirm cancellation.
