WorkflowMax interfaces with the major payroll software systems in New Zealand. WorkflowMax can create an export file of the total hours your employees have worked for the week, you can then import this file into your payroll system, thus reducing data entry into your payroll system, saving you time and increasing your accuracy. To export a payroll file go the Financial tab in the top menu bar and select Timesheets:

1. Select the correct week starting date using the Calendar in the left hand panel
2. On the left hand navigation menu of the Timesheets screen click Payroll Export
3. Select the Payroll System you are exporting to from the drop down menu
4. Enter the Payment Code if required by your payroll system
5. Enter the Cost Centre Code for your payroll system if required
6. Click on the export button
7. A new link will appear next to the Download label. Click the link to download the payroll export file.
8. Click OK to continue downloading the export file onto your PC. Remember where you have stored it so that you can import it into your Payroll System
